...Hi Jon:<br /><br />One thought - "C-City Express"<br /><br />Connecting Cinci, C-Bus, and the Cleve not with rail, but rather a toll-based, autobahn quality stretch of asphalt with no speed restrictions outside major cities, and ruthless enforcement of driving etiqutte (see: stay to the right except to pass, morons).<br /><br />Between toll revenue and moving violation revenue, I think it hits break-even after two years, and generates positive cash flow afterward.
