Seriously. Who is in charge over there?A new television attack ad criticizes Republican gubernatorial nominee John Kasich because he "voted to help Wall Street banks" when he was in Congress.
But the ad doesn't mention that Gov. Ted Strickland, who also was in Congress, voted for one of the same bills that the ad criticizes Kasich for supporting.
