What exactly is collective bargaining?

Heritage does an excellent job once again. This is a must watch video explaining why reform is needed.

And I repeat, collective bargaining is not a right. It is a legally granted power given to public-employee unions that gives them a privileged status that other workers do not have.

The unions know this. That's why their only defense is a misinformation campaign claiming that reforming collective bargaining is an attack on "workers rights" and the middle class.

Don't buy it.
