How could I miss this?!?!

Gov. Strickland DID propose a tax cut in his State of the State address.

For Hollywood. Seriously.
Gov. Ted Strickland is looking to Hollywood to help bail out Ohio from its economic mess.

After he vetoed a 25 percent tax credit for companies that film movies in Ohio, he proposed a tax credit for the film industry, though he was not specific about how it would work.
Among the Ohio natives expected to benefit? Tom Cruise. Gordon Jump. John Lithgow. And of course....Luke Perry.
