So that explains it.
Maybe this is why Strickland flailed so badly with the Ohio budget and the jobs crisis for all of 2009.

Man Crist is killing himself in that race. As far as Strickland is concerned he has no record whatsoever to run on. He is going to try making this about anything other than himself and his administration's lack of solutions to any and every problem.
