Will you donate $20 to buy John Kasich a one-month subscription to the Toledo Blade or the Marietta Times? Or will you make a contribution and suggest a newspaper for us to buy for John Kasich?Did the governor commit a gaffe when he said that reading the newspaper isn't an uplifting experience? Perhaps. Perhaps not. I guess we can expect Chris Redfern to take advantage of such opportunities. The only problem for Redfern is, that he and the Ohio Dems have repeatedly attacked Ohio newspapers, specifically the Columbus Dispatch, because sometimes their opinion pages don't give Democrats an uplifting experience.
It's hard to follow Captain Redfern on Twitter, because of his infantile practice of blocking you once he finds out you are Republican or conservative. But if you look at his timeline, as well as the official Ohio Dems', you see a dozens of nasty and sarcastic tweets aimed at the Columbus Dispatch. Here is one that is particularly ironic, given the chairman's latest email.
Why does @dispatchalerts continue littering our property even though we canceled our subscription two months ago?Ummm, so Ohio Dems criticize John Kasich for saying he doesn't read the newspaper, after they say that they don't read our capitol city's newspaper.

Of course, this comes as no surprise to us here at 3BP. We already knew long ago what a hypocrite Chris Redfern is.
