The bird.
Earlier this week, Ted Strickland and ODNR unveiled the Ohio Wildlife Legacy Stamp.
And here it is.
Yes, the stamp costs $15.
Yes, it highlights a bird most commonly associated by the entire United States with the awful MLB team that plays at Camden Yards.....in Maryland.
Now, I know the Oriole is indigenous to Ohio. That's fine. But so are a whole lot of other species of wildlife that aren't immediately associated with a crappy baseball team 420 miles east of the Statehouse.
Is it all a big deal? No. Is it annoying? Yes.
What's my recommendation? The Buzzards of Hinkley.
