Things are looking good for VA GOP Gov candidate Bob McDonnell.
He currently has $4.9 million on-hand to spend on the campaign.
Democrat Terry McAulliffe has $1.3 million.
And new Dem frontrunner, Creigh Deeds, only has $521,135.
Yes, I said "new frontrunner".
Turns out the latest polls show Deeds with a 3 point lead over McAuliffe, and rising.
What's the bad news for Deeds? In the Democratic stronghold of Northern Virginia, he is running last among the field of three, 23 points behind Brian Moran. If he is failing to inspire this liberal base of voters then McConnell has to be feeling good about turning Virginia red again.
