Amanda, I believe you were misquoted.

This week Strickland got called out for abusing the privilege of use of the state plane by forcing it many, many times to fly 4 minutes to Port Columbus just so didn't have to drive as far to board at Don Scott field.

Well, yesterday the Governor admitted it was the wrong thing to do.

It's just too bad he needed the media to tell him it was the wrong thing to do.

The Guv's spokeswoman, Amanda Wurst, said this in response to the change of heart:
"He believes it is important to save taxpayer money whenever and wherever possible."
Surely Amanda was misquoted, right? That sentence must have begun with "when caught by the media, he believes it is important...." blah blah blah.

No one is buying what you're selling, Amanda. The Governor was caught abusing the office to which he was elected. It's plain and simple.
