Let's be clear - Ted Strickland has cut funding for Ohio schools

In the upcoming 2010 Ohio gubernatorial campaign you'll hear one thing over and over from Ted Strickland - "I invested in education."

No, Governor - you didn't.

It's so incredibly simple that all I'll do is post this one simple graphic from Ohio's Legislative Budget Office that details Ohio appropriations over the next two years:

In this budget as signed by the Governor, state funding for education in Ohio decreases by 4.8% in 2010, and again by 4.4% in 2011.

Strickland cut education.
