If ya got it, spend it.

Rob Portman seems to be taking advantage of his sizeable fundraising advantage against Lee Fisher. This time it's with an effective ad focusing on Cap & Trade.



Notice Portman has yet to use TV to go negative against Lee Fisher. That shows a confidence in the polls. Rather than attacking, the Portman campaign is taking time to educate the voters on the issues important to the GOP candidate and why they matter to each and every Ohioan. All the while, increasing the candidate's name ID.
