You owe me.

A good friend of mine was fed up with the younger generation not comprehending the importance and dangers posed by our nation's mounting national debt.

So he decided to speak their language.

From The Hill:

A pair of thinktank employees looking for ways to educate young people about the national debt are trying a novel approach: a video game.

Heritage Foundation employees Nicola Moore and Eric Heis are currently developing an online flash video game that will challenge users to pay of their share of the national debt. They conceived U.O.Me while working on outreach efforts for the foundation and are now attempting to bring it to fruition by securing private financing.

Here's the trailer for the game:

More funding is needed for game development, so if you'd like to make a contribution to help it come to fruition and help educate our youth, you can contribute here.
