A sign of the times.

When a state is suffering from a jobs crisis as massive as Ohio's, this is bound to happen.

But the rate of increase is just staggering.

The number of Ohioans relying on food stamps jumped a staggering 20 percent in the last year.

More than 1.6 million Ohioans - 14 percent of the state's population - relied on food stamps in March, the latest figures available.

14%?

Ohio's leaders should be ashamed.
