Believe it or not, it pays off to be
fiscally responsible and make tough decisions.
The Fairleigh Dickinson/PublicMind poll out today has Christie's overall job approval rating at 51 percent.
That's higher than it was in March when he laid out a budget that cut school aid, suspended property tax rebates and didn't make a public workers' pension fund contribution.
Thirty-seven percent disapprove of the job the Republican governor is doing.
Said Ted Strickland, "oh,
now you tell me. A little late, fellas."
