After a round of tragic polls showing Strickland down anywhere from 7 to 10 points, the DGA quickly realized that instead of making Lehman the de facto enemy, they'd fall back on an old favorite: Fox News.
The Democratic Governors Association filed an elections complaint in Ohio on Thursday alleging Fox News Network illegally helped the Republican governor nominee solicit funds during a television appearance.
Everyday they try to avoid the actual problems facing Ohio and the nation, they win. Everyday the discussion is about Fox News and not about moving our state forward, they win. Everyday the discussion is about Duck Run and not about policies to create jobs, they win. Enough distractions.
